Installation Guide & Material Suitability:
For Self-Adhesive Materials (Vinyl, DuraMatt, Nightglow Self-Adhesive, Reflective Self-Adhesive):
- Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, or moisture
- Peel off the adhesive backing
- Position the Garuda Signs safety sign as required
- Apply mild, even pressure across the surface
- Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully bond for best results
For Rigid Plates with Pre-Drilled Holes (DuraMatt + HDPE, Nightglow + Aluminum, Reflective + Aluminum):
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly
- Position the sign and align the pre-drilled holes with your mounting points
- Use suitable fasteners or screws based on the hole size
- Tighten using hand tools or a screwdriver – avoid over-tightening to prevent warping or bending
